Stayed two nights here and enjoyed it. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Room was large and very clean. Bathroom is large with more then enough counter space. Staff was friendly and the location downtown was perfect. My only complaint was the inner walls allowed allot of noise. I could hear the room next to us snoring!!. The exterior walls were thick and did not allow much noise from the city. The security is excellent and even requires you have a room key to access the floors and elevator. Wi-fi. Parking was a bit much at $* per night, but I'm used to a small town, so maybe that is normal in the city. Overall, I would stay here again.

We are a family of 3 spending a weekend in Edmonton. The front desk service is excellent. We don't like the view down to the interior shopping mall from our room. The room is very dark because there is no exterior window; therefore, no natural light from the outside. Don't use valet parking. It's expensive. The parking. You have to park at the adjacent public parking garage for a fee. We've stayed at The Coast Hotel and Sutton Place before. It's much better in terms of the value. Unless you don't have a car or need the proximity to downtown and direct access to shopping mall, I would recommend other hotels in the area.

I came across this hotel while searching the internet because our regular hotel. This is now going to be our regular hotel on our trips to Edmonton! Rooms were big and clean. We had 2 queens that were extremely comfortable and a pull out in the livingroom. Great for my wife & I and our 3 kids. Good gym; close to shopping & foodcourts. LRT is minutes away. And all for $* per night!!! If you want peace and quiet after the kids go to bed in a clean room at a great price, this is the place to be. We'll be back again and again!

The hotel is not for families or single women. The hotel was built in mall space which means most rooms are a very long walk from the elevator.I was approached by a gruff man in front of the business centre asking for money. The hallway from the parking garage to the hotel smelled like urine.I won't be staying there again.
